| Our First Flight Program houses our beginner boys & girls levels. In the First Flight Program our classes aim to further develop their basic motor skills and advance to more specific gymnastics movements. At these levels students participate for 1hr a week. At these levels children will focus on, balancing, flexibility, coordination, agility and behavioral concepts like listening & following directions. It is our aim to establish a process for success by achieving skills like forward & backward rolls, cartwheels, swings, climbing and so much more. Our Levels are: |
