Registration Policy
The Registration Waiver & Release form must be filled out completely prior to participation in any
activity at Journey Gymnastics. Complete registration includes the Registration Waiver & Release From,
session payment, the annual $35 registration fee.
For students who have registered and paid the annual registration fee, you will need to fill out a Class
Reservation form from session to session.
Journey Gymnastics uses a priority registration period from session to session for those currently enrolled
in programs and an open enrolment period for those who are new or returning to our programs. (Note:
if your are returning to our program in a given year and all your information remains the same then you
only need to submit a reservation from during the open enrolment period for that session.)
You can submit a registration form,or reservation form if you are retuning to the program, that will hold
a class spot for up to one week. You can download & or fill out the forms below.

The quick & easy registration process
1. Look over the class schedules choose a class or classes.
3. Fill out & submit a reservation form if you are registering for a class from session to session or
are returning to our program during the course of the year.

4. Complete the reservation by coming in, dropping off or signing a completed registration
waiver and release form and submitting payment including the annual registration fee !

5. Come to class on the chosen day(s) and time(s).
